Diet Coke and Mentos Bomb
Tie a string around and/or through a Mentos candy (one should be enough) and dangle it at the very top of a 2-liter while screwing the cap back on. Cut the excess string. Now when your victim opens the drink, the Mentos will fall in and set off the reaction!
